Training 4 days a week in a body split, 3 month cycle.
If am unwell and cannot attend the session?
Danielle will prefer that you do not train when sick, as it will stress the body out too much and the recovery will be too long. Stay home. please call with as much notice as possible and cancel the session to avoid cancellation fees.
When a 'NO SHOW' happens?
If Danielle is in the gym and you do not cancel or show up to the session, the session is forfeited and the session must be paid for.
I have bought a package and I am sick the day we are booked to train. Do I lose my session in that package?
If you can reschedule the session within the same week or move the session to meet Danielle availability the next week and do 2 sessions in one week?
I have committed to a package of 10 sessions, but do not want to train anymore.
Your sessions are a commitment you agreed to. The outstanding sessions can be paid in full or have a break of 14 days then resume package.
