Yes, we offer nutritional guidance as part of our personal training packages. We believe that proper nutrition is essential for achieving your fitness goals.
How do I received my program?
Your program will take at least 24-48 hours to create. It will be delivered by Google sheets link as a live spreadsheet to fill in and or a PDF to your nominated email address.
If am unwell and cannot attend the session?
Danielle will prefer that you do not train when sick, as it will stress the body out too much and the recovery will be too long. Stay home. please call with as much notice as possible and cancel the session to avoid cancellation fees.
When a 'NO SHOW' happens?
If Danielle is in the gym and you do not cancel or show up to the session, the session is forfeited and the session must be paid for.
I have a multiple PT package can I space them out over X amount of months?
No. Personal training session must be used once a week in a 7 day period.
I have bought a package and I am sick the day we are booked to train. Do I lose my session in that package?
If you can reschedule the session within the same week or move the session to meet Danielle availability the next week and do 2 sessions in one week
I have committed to a multiple personal training package, but do not want to train anymore.
Your sessions are a commitment you agreed to. The outstanding sessions can be paid in full or have a break of 14 days then resume package.
I have a PT Package and want to go away on X day holidays. Do I lose my sessions?
4 weeks is required notice for your holiday period so Danielle can reschedule others in this time slot. Everyone needs a holiday you will not be penalised for having holiday over a max 4 week period.
I have to cancel due to extenuating circumstances. What can I do?
Things happen, kids get sick, animals need care, parents need help. Please text Danielle asap and reschedule within the week.
'm Injured and don't want to train?
Speak directly with Danielle as she is HIGHLY trained in rehabilitation and shall tailor the session to deal directly with the cause, therefore likely solve the issue at hand.
How do I pay for the sessions?
