At Body ComeBack, we take your health goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We analyze and consider all areas of health that affect your training and nutrition habits. We consider your hormones, stress levels, sleep & metabolism, previous injuries through to arthritis and ongoing niggles then we create your individualized fitness plan.
With close to 20 years of experience and success, we are capable of finding the right exercises for you.
We can assist with rehabilitation, work with Physio, chiros, and surgeons so we are all working towards the same goal.
When you love your program you will be consistent with your exercise, have fun, and actually enjoy the process.
Combining this together with mindful eating and selecting the healthy food that YOU love to eat and you have success.
(and room for that cheeky little wine every now and again)
We understand that adapting new fitness and nutrition habits is difficult and challenging and may take a few different approaches to make it work.
Our goal is to change your view on fitness and make lifestyle changes that last, not for just 6 weeks.
We encourage you to view your fitness long term and engage with our 12 weeks programs. This is to ensure real change is forged and health benefits actualized, over fast-paced, damaging quick-fix programs others may offer.
At Body Comeback, we shall train and educate you so well, you won't need us after 3 months but you won't want to leave us and continue your training as a luxury, not a necessity.
